The Get10™ Free Get10 Card promotion and program ("membership") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and Hawaii ) at least 13 years of age, who provide and maintain a working e-mail address. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail or provided at www.Get10.com. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or older, and by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. If you are between 13 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a member of the program. With your membership you acknowledge Get10 cards are limited to one person during a promotional period as determined by Get10 and that the Get10 card has no value or use until the Get10 card is made available to the public for sale, or when Get10 has populated its retailer community with an adequate quantity of retailer / merchants as determined by Get10, in order to provide a quality service to its members. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at participating Get10™ partners and retail store locations. Membership begins when you activate your card at www.Get10.com.

Get10 at any time may not deliver the Get10 card, terminate, modify or cancel the Get10 program for reasons unseen, unknown or otherwise unable to control, by posting the changes on www.Get10.com and, or direct e-mail communications to its members.

Get10 is not responsible for communications, including Get10 Member News updates, lost due to change of address, change of profile, e-mail address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
